Shipping policy
At My Little Luxuries Shop, each item is made with care and produced specifically for you. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on processing, delivery, and order handling.
Domestic Shipping Only
My Little Luxuries Shop currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, quantity, and destination.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. As many of our products are made-to-order, this processing time includes production.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mylittleluxuriesshop@gmail.com.
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the original purchase date, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Exclusions: Delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries, or failure to retrieve packages from the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address entered is accurate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
My Little Luxuries Shop is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Returned to Sender Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- The customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the item
- If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, a refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee will be applied
If the package is not successfully returned to us (including but not limited to packages lost, refused, or destroyed in transit), My Little Luxuries Shop is not liable for the original order. However, a partial store credit may be offered at our discretion.
If the shipping address provided was correct and the package is returned due to carrier error, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, My Little Luxuries Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting your local carrier or post office to file a claim.
Returns & Shipping-Related Issues
For items received that are defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement.
All claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
